Its a wide angle camera!

I often use Panorama as my camera since it combines double and triple shots so seamlessly. It simulates a wide angle lens.

Caveat: do not limit the size of the panorama in settings so the result has the full resolution of the built in camera i.e. turn off "Megapixel limit" and set the Merge Quality to maximum.
