Doesn’t work when building panorama

I got this in hopes of created a panorama of three separate pictures I took, and already have in my camera roll. Pictures of a rainbow to be exact.
All it did was place the 3 photos together side by side, with no correction to “stitch” them together seamlessly. The final panorama looks like an M as the middle picture was stitched too low in comparison to the pictures on either side.
Not only that, I get an error back. “/Users/alexandershishkov/Downloads/opencv-2.4.8” and it goes on for a while.
